This problem generally occurs when Netscape or Mozilla's proxy settings are not updated properly. We recommend that subscribers who use Netscape/Mozilla browsers leave Netscape Accelerator on once their computer is turned on and not stop/disable it when browsing.
To fix this problem, configure Netscape or Mozilla's HTTP proxy settings to "localhost" with the same port number as Netscape Accelerator; uses in its "Settings" menu.
To access Netscape or Mozilla's Proxy Settings, click on
Edit on the tool bar and choose
Preferences.
