Netscape High Speed was not able to locate an Ethernet or DSL adapter on your system. You cannot connect to the Internet without an adapter. To troubleshoot, verify that the adapter appears correctly in the device manager. To locate the PPPoE adaptor and check its status, find your operating system below and follow the instructions.
Windows 95, 98, and ME- Right-click the My Computer icon on your computer screen and click Properties

- Click the Device Manager tab on the System Properties dialog box.
- From the Device Manager dialog box click the Network Adapters entry and right-click Efficient Networks tango Access PPPoE Adapter and select properties.
- On the next screen, read the message in the Device Status area. If there is no error message listed, uninstall and reinstall Netscape High Speed.
Windows 2000 and XP- Right-click the My Computer icon on your computer screen and click Properties
.- Click the Hardware tab on the System Properties dialog box.
- On the next screen, click the Device Manager button.
- From the Device Manager dialog box, click the Network Adapters entry and right-click the Netscape High Speed PPPoE Adapter.
- On the next screen, confirm the status in the Device Status area. If there is no error message in the Device Status area, uninstall and reinstall Netscape High Speed.
