Note: You will require an FTP client and HTML authoring software in order to access and update your personal web site.
- Start your FTP client
- Click NEW to create a new profile
- Enter profile name of your choice
- Enter Host Name: home.netscape.ca
- Select Host type: Automatic
- Enter your Netscape Internet Service Username
- Enter your Netscape Internet Service Password
- Click APPLY
- Click OK
- From the Remote Site window on the right of your screen, select the ChgDir option
- In the Input window enter: /php/your username
You are now ready to copy the appropriate files from your Local System (your computer's hard drive), to your Personal Web Site.
The web address (URL) for your website is http://home.netscape.ca/~username, where "username" is your Netscape Internet Service Username.
