Can I download and install Netscape Internet Service if I have a VPN or Firewall?


Yes. If you have a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or a personal firewall protecting your computer, please ensure it is disabled or adapted to permit the download and installation of Netscape Accelerator. Your VPN or personal firewall must remain disabled or adapted until you have completed your first online session with Netscape Accelerator, at which time the Netscape Accelerator software is downloaded.
During operation, the Netscape Accelerator will not accelerate secure or encrypted sessions.
